The scientific and analytical journal «Legislation» of the National Center for Legislation under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is included in the Register of peer-reviewed scientific journals (publications) of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on May 31, 2018 and reregistered with the Higher Attestation Commission on September 6, 2024. Registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan on May 28, 2024. The journal is also included in the Analytical Database – Russian Science Citation Index. The data, conclusions, opinions and interpretations presented in this publication are the position of the authors and cannot express the position of the Center.
