BULLETIN OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

The scientific-informational journal «Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan» is published at least four times a year with the aim of promoting the development of constitutionalism, the system of state legal information, explaining the main provisions of legislation, and publishing legal, informational, and analytical materials.

The founder of the journal is the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan. The journal is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and has been issued a registration certificate dated March 31, 2023, No. 280/МJ-97.
