Founder: Interstate higher educational institution «Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) university» "University bulletin” (Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) university), a quarterly Russian-language peer-reviewed scientific journal, is published according to the decision of Academic Council of RTSU under the national legislation on mass media and the Regulation “On scientific journal “University bulletin” (RTSU). It is founded in 2002. Scientific directions of the journal: economics, jurisprudence, philology (linguistics, literary criticism, journalism). The journal publishes articles of RTSU employees (teaching staff, postgraduates and doctoral candidates), specialists of universities and other educational and scientific institutions of Tajikistan and the near and far abroad. The Journal gives support to postgraduates, doctoral candidates and candidates for a degree in approbation of their researches. A high level of publications is provided by peer-reviewing articles compiled by the leading scientists on relevant fields of knowledge. The periodicity of the Journal is set at 4 numbers per year (once a quarter).
